LCARS x32

LCARS x32 is a 24th Century replacement for the Windows desktop. With this program, you can transform your Windows based PC into a 24th Century LCARS terminal.

Most implementations of LCARS are all flash and no function or limited function. With it you can fix problem where computers without MS SPEECH installed could not access "My Computer", and also fix a problem where after selecting an item from a submenu in the "All Programs" list, subsequent uses of the Start Menu would not work as expected.
